  We went there when boxing sale was on. We felt pressured to buy kitchen because managers discount was available now and if we want more time to think about this, managers discount will be gone. We did take this discount. We tried to do price match as well later on but our designer found every excuse under the sun no to do it. We went to competitor and found much cheaper kitchen. When contacted, our designer wanted to do price compare then but we were not interested anymore. We decided to cancel order. Myself and designer exchanged emails and I was told that I don't need to do anything anymore, my cancellation will go forward no problem. We waited 6 weeks to get money back because we were convinced that this time is needed to get money back. Still no money. Phoned shop just to find out that my cancellation did not go forward. Designer made note that I need time to think about and I will come back to them to do price compare. My email stated completely different thing. I don't know why she did this but I found this very unprofessional. If it was not for me to contact this shop I would never get my money back. Very Unhappy customer and I highly do not recommend this company.
