Went for AC gas recharge. Was charged exhorbidant price & the issue was never fixed. They went ahead with recharge & pressure test without checking whether system works, only to say at the end that the fault is somewhere else.plus they were so focussed about the car failing MOT than fixing the issue I told them. In summary the car was not fixed but I was charged 2 hours labour. Waste of money TBH.

Good Afternoon I am not in the habit of giving feedback but on this occasion I think the level of customer service I received from one of your auto electricians at Taylors exceeded my expectations. The gentleman who dealt with me this morning was Derek and he is a credit to your business. Due to my experience I will have no hesitation using your services again should I need them and also I will be recommending your company to family, friends and work colleagues should they have any faults/issues needing attention. Can you please pass on my thanks again to Derek. Regards Stuart

Absolute rip off & not honest...went with my nonstarting car with some electrical fault. They called me and said it was missing some fuses and they fixed it. Also they said the engine management light is on and it need a part replaced. I said it was on for months and I dont need to fix it there. When my friend went to pick the car they said car wont start without replacing the other part. they said all fixed with fuses and car starting and when I said I dont want to to do further work the car suddenly become a nonstarter again. After that I picked my car with a recovery and dropped to another garage. He replaced the part and the car still not starting and from further investigation he found that the fuse for fuel pump was removed to make it as a nonstarter. All can guess who removed that..Just rubbish serviceand wont be using them again in my life..also not recommend to any one.
