  Used this branch of the chain several times but that’s several times too many. Convenience is the only thing that makes me return and I should have learnt my lesson by now. More fool me. I needed a new laptop. Because I’m impatient I visited with money in my pocket. None of the staff, including the residential ‘expert’ could tell me in the devices supported multiple external monitors nor did they have the skills to google the devices and check. Avoid. If you need something in a hurry pay the overnight internet delivery charge from any online supplier. Save your fuel and frustration by home shopping.
